khashayar Arabi, a seasoned professional with a career spanning over nearly two decades,
graduated from university in 2012 and is fluent in five languages. His extensive networking
began from the age of 14, accumulating a global network of over 6,000 contacts. At just 16, he
launched his first company, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit early on.
Between 2012 and 2016, khashayar served as the Chief of Staff for an ultra-high-net-worth
family from the GCC. Thereafter he took on the role as a Client Relations Manager and Senior
Associate at Rousseau Asset Management, a renowned Canadian hedge fund, from 2016 to
2018 where he headed the London office. From 2018 to 2022, he was a senior broker and
consultant in the Oil and Gas sector, dealing with international multi-billion-dollar
corporations across the Americas, Europe, and the Far East, while being based in the UAE.
Since 2022, based out of Saudi Arabia, khashayar has been working as a financial engineer,
corporate advisor, international mediator, investment strategist, and joint venture specialist.
As of 2024, his current focus is on facilitating the entry of foreign companies into Saudi
Arabia, managing operations for financial institutions, and supporting Vision 2030 by helping
foreign corporations localize and expand within the kingdom, particularly in the fintech, real
estate, and hospitality sectors. As an emphasis, Khashayar wishes above all for Kratos & Co.
Consultancy to be the corporate bridge between the western world and the kingdom, in order
for any entity to franchise into the kingdom and expand domestically.
